Use of Facilities

Access Rules

Access to ClassFit facilities is reserved for active members and authorized guests only.
Membership access is personal and non-transferable. Sharing credentials or allowing non-members to use the facilities is not permitted.
ClassFit reserves the right to deny or revoke access in cases of non-compliance or inactive, suspended, or terminated memberships.

Code of Conduct

All members are expected to treat fellow members, staff, and visitors with respect.
Harassment, aggressive behavior, discrimination, or intimidation of any kind is not tolerated.
ClassFit is committed to maintaining a calm, focused, and professional training environment. Any behavior that disrupts this atmosphere may result in corrective action.

Health & Safety

Members must follow all posted safety guidelines and staff instructions at all times.
Equipment should be used only for its intended purpose and with proper technique.
For the safety of all members, ClassFit may restrict access to specific areas or equipment if a situation poses a potential risk.

Operating Hours

Facilities are accessible during the official operating hours published by ClassFit.
Hours may vary on public holidays or during special events or maintenance periods.
ClassFit reserves the right to adjust operating hours when necessary.

Supervision & Guidance

ClassFit staff may provide general guidance regarding training techniques, equipment use, and safety practices.
Such guidance does not replace professional or medical advice.
Members remain fully responsible for their training decisions and actions.

Use of Equipment

Equipment must be used responsibly and returned to its designated area after use.
Misuse, intentional damage, or unsafe handling of equipment is strictly prohibited.
Repeated misuse may result in restricted access to equipment or facilities.

Monitoring & Compliance

To ensure safety and adherence to studio guidelines, ClassFit may monitor facility use through staff presence and security systems where permitted by law.
Failure to comply with facility rules may result in warnings, restricted access, or termination of membership.

Membership

Eligibility

Membership is available to individuals who meet the minimum age requirement and are legally able to enter a binding agreement.
Proof of age or identification may be requested.
By activating a membership, members confirm they are physically capable of participating in training activities.

Membership Types

ClassFit offers a range of membership options, each with defined access rights, services, and conditions. Details are provided at the time of purchase.
Memberships are personal, non-transferable, and may not be shared.

Activation & Duration

Memberships begin on the activation date selected during purchase or upon first entry, depending on the chosen plan.
Duration and renewal depend on the selected billing cycle.

Suspension & Freeze

Members may request a temporary suspension or freeze of their membership under approved conditions.
All requests must be submitted in advance and are subject to ClassFit policies.

Bookings & Classes

Class Bookings

Some classes and sessions require advance booking and are subject to availability.
Bookings must be made through the designated booking system.
ClassFit reserves the right to adjust schedules or substitute instructors when necessary.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations should be made within the specified cancellation window whenever possible. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may lead to temporary booking limitations to help ensure fair access to classes for all members.

Personal Training Sessions

Personal training sessions must be scheduled in advance and are subject to trainer availability.
Cancellation terms follow the conditions agreed upon at purchase.
Unused sessions may expire according to the selected package terms.

Payments & Billing

Membership Fees

Membership fees are based on the selected plan and billing cycle.
All pricing details are communicated clearly at the time of purchase.
Fees are non-transferable and apply only to the registered member.

Payment Methods

Approved payment methods are displayed during checkout.
Members are responsible for ensuring payment details remain valid and up to date.
Failed or declined payments may result in temporary access restrictions.

Late or Failed Payments

In the event of late or unsuccessful payments, ClassFit may suspend access until the issue is resolved.
Repeated payment issues may lead to termination of membership.

Refund Policy

Membership fees and service payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable policies.

Health & Responsibility

Physical Condition

Members confirm they are physically able to participate in training activities.
ClassFit does not assess individual fitness levels or medical readiness.
Members are encouraged to seek medical advice if unsure about their ability to train safely.

Member Responsibility

Members are expected to train within their personal limits and follow staff guidance when provided.
ClassFit is not liable for injuries resulting from misuse of equipment or failure to follow safety instructions.

Personal Belongings

Lockers & Storage

Lockers are provided for temporary use during training sessions only.
All belongings must be removed after each visit.
ClassFit reserves the right to clear lockers left in use beyond permitted hours.

Responsibility for Belongings

Members are responsible for the security of their personal items while on the premises.
Valuable items should not be left unattended.

Lost or Stolen Items

ClassFit is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
Lost items may be retained for a limited period before disposal.

Studio Guidelines

Dress Code

Appropriate athletic attire and footwear are required at all times.
Unsafe or inappropriate clothing may result in restricted access.

Equipment Use

Equipment must be used only for its intended purpose and handled with care.
Members are required to return equipment after use.

Conduct Enforcement

Repeated violations of gym rules may result in suspension or termination of membership at ClassFit’s discretion.

Intellectual Property

Ownership

All trademarks, logos, branding, signage, website content, and digital materials are the exclusive property of ClassFit and protected by applicable laws.

Permitted Use

ClassFit content is available for personal, non-commercial use only.
Any reproduction, modification, or distribution without written permission is prohibited.

Unauthorized Use

Unauthorized use of ClassFit intellectual property may result in legal action and termination of membership.

Termination

Termination by ClassFit Vilamoura

ClassFit reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership in cases of serious misconduct, repeated violations, or non-payment.

Termination by Member

Members may request termination of their membership in accordance with the cancellation terms associated with their plan.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, access to ClassFit facilities and services will be revoked immediately or at the end of the billing period, depending on circumstances.
Any outstanding fees remain payable.
