What training is available at ClassFit Vilamoura?

We offer structured group training and personal training across strength, conditioning, boxing and combat-based formats. Members can train exclusively in one format or combine both, depending on their goals and availability.

How does the first session work?

You book a first session, arrive at the studio, and train in a regular class or personal format. A coach is present to guide you, answer questions and help you decide how to continue training at ClassFit.

Do I need to book sessions in advance?

Yes. All group sessions and personal training are booked in advance through the schedule to manage group sizes and maintain training quality.

What equipment do you have?

The studio includes strength rigs and free weights, cardio machines, boxing bags, a dedicated combat training area and functional training tools.

Are your coaches experienced?

Yes. All coaches are qualified professionals with experience in strength, conditioning and combat training, and they work within shared training standards.

Are trainings coached or independent?

ClassFit operates as a coached training studio. Training takes place during scheduled group sessions or personal training — there is no open, unsupervised gym access.
