Ruben is a Vilamoura-based personal trainer fluent in Portuguese and English, with hands-on experience across strength, conditioning, and boxing-inspired classes, and a strong focus on technique.

What’s included in training access?

Training access plans include group training, personal training, or a combination of both, depending on your preference.

How crowded do sessions usually get?

Sessions are carefully scheduled and capacity is managed to avoid overcrowding. This ensures enough space, focus and a comfortable training environment at all times.

Can I try a session before committing?

Yes. Trial sessions are available so you can experience the studio, coaching style and atmosphere before choosing a membership.

How flexible is the training schedule?

Sessions are scheduled throughout the day, allowing you to choose times that fit your routine. Training is booked per session, so you’re not tied to fixed time slots.

What amenities does the studio have?

The studio is equipped with modern training equipment and clean bathrooms.

What are your opening hours?

The studio is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and on Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. The studio is closed on Sundays. Any changes to opening hours are communicated in advance through our official channels.
