    How do I schedule my first session?

    Can I reschedule or cancel my session?

    We ask that any changes are made within the cancellation window communicated at booking to allow us to manage session availability properly.

    How do I choose the right membership?

    Your membership choice depends on two things: the training format and the membership period. We offer memberships for group classes, personal training, and specialised kids programs. All formats provide full access within their category, with the only difference being the duration. If you’re unsure which format suits you best, our team can help you choose the option that matches your goals, schedule, and training preferences.

    What’s the difference between plans?

    All memberships give the same level of access to the studio and training. The difference is how long the membership lasts and the type of training you choose.

    Can I upgrade my membership later?

    Yes. You can change or upgrade your membership if your training needs change.
    Our team will help you adjust your membership so it continues to fit your goals and schedule without interrupting your training.

    Can I freeze my membership?

    Yes. Memberships can be temporarily frozen if needed.

    Is there a minimum commitment?

    No. Membership does not require long-term contracts. You choose the option that fits you, and your access ends when the selected membership period is completed. There are no hidden commitments or automatic extensions.

    What equipment do you provide?

    Our studio is fully equipped for strength, functional, and conditioning training. We offer strength training rigs, free weights, functional training equipment, and cardio machines.

    What are your opening hours?

    We are open Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and closed on Sundays. Any changes to opening hours, including public holidays, are announced in advance on our website and social media channels.

    Where do I check in when I arrive?

    When you arrive, please check in at the reception desk. Our team will assist you and guide you if it’s your first visit.
